LU LIN

Lu Lin is a practitioner and researcher in the fashion context who graduated from ArtEZ MA Fashion Strategy. Her approach to design is driven by conceptual experimentations with which she illustrates her strategies and uses them to create new concepts about identity and society. She focuses on the method of participatory approaches with the public through socially engaged art and experimental narratives that trigger people’s interest and conveys the philosophies behind her projects. Lu explores the relation between clothing and identity by researching queerness and feminism. By practicing doing fashion, she used clothing to engage the audience for creating a more engaged and thoughtful society.
